Oil for frying
2 lbs pork cutlets (I prefer thin sliced)
1 cup flour
2 cups panko flakes
3 eggs
Tonkatsu sauce
Cabbage
INSTRUCTIONS:
Coat pork cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, then coat in panko
Fill pan with oil and place cutlets in pan
Fry for about 4 minutes each side
Serve over bed of cabbage and tonaktsu sauce
