Pork Tonkatsu (Super Simple)

  • 3 eggs

  • Tonkatsu sauce

  • Cabbage

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Coat pork cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, then coat in panko

  2. Fill pan with oil and place cutlets in pan

  3. Fry for about 4 minutes each side

  4. Serve over bed of cabbage and tonaktsu sauce
