INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup sriracha

  • 3 tbsp vegetable broth

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ tbsp ground cumin

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • ¾ tsp black pepper

  • 1½ lb top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

  • 1½ tbsp oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix honey, sriracha, broth, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place steak in bowl and mix to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add steak and sear both sides until desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side.

(When I have to feed my daughter this, I skip the sriracha)
