INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup honey
¼ cup sriracha
3 tbsp vegetable broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp ground cumin
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp black pepper
1½ lb top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1½ tbsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix honey, sriracha, broth, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place steak in bowl and mix to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add steak and sear both sides until desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side.
(When I have to feed my daughter this, I skip the sriracha)
