Oatmeal Yogurt Cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 1/4 cups oats

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • Greek yogurt (I like the vanilla Oikos)

  • Fruit of choice (I like strawberries)

  • Pam (or any cooking spray to avoid sticking)



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mash the band in. bowl

  3. Add oats and peanut buttered mix

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the oats mixture in a greased cupcake pan and press down to create cups

  5. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown

  6. After cooled, top with the greek yogurt and fruit topping
