Oatmeal Yogurt Cups

INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe banana
1 1/4 cups oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Greek yogurt (I like the vanilla Oikos)
Fruit of choice (I like strawberries)
Pam (or any cooking spray to avoid sticking)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mash the band in. bowl
Add oats and peanut buttered mix
Add 2 tablespoons of the oats mixture in a greased cupcake pan and press down to create cups
Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown
After cooled, top with the greek yogurt and fruit topping
