Easy Prepacked Smoothie Recipe for Busy Moms

Life as a busy mom can be hectic, but that doesn’t mean you have to skip out on a nutritious breakfast or snack! My go-to Prepacked Smoothie is a lifesaver on busy mornings or after a workout. With just a little prep ahead of time, you’ll have a delicious, protein-packed smoothie ready to blend in seconds. Plus, it’s a great way to sneak in some greens and start your day with a healthy boost!

Ingredients for Prepacked Smoothie Packs:

Each pack makes one smoothie.

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or your favorite combo)

  • 1 sliced banana

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

To Blend:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Smoothie Packs:

    • In a zip-top freezer bag, combine 1 cup of berries, the sliced banana, and a handful of spinach. Seal the bag tightly, removing as much air as possible. Repeat for as many packs as you’d like to prep. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

  2. Blend When Ready:

    • When you’re ready to enjoy a smoothie, grab a prepacked bag from the freezer. Add the frozen contents to a blender, along with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp chia seeds, and 1 cup of milk.

    • Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Pour into your favorite glass or to-go cup, and you’re ready to conquer the day!

Why I Love This Recipe:
This smoothie is a busy mom’s best friend—quick, nutritious, and super versatile. The prepacked bags make mornings stress-free, and you can customize the recipe by swapping in different fruits or greens, depending on what you have on hand. It’s packed with protein from the Greek yogurt and protein powder, fiber from the spinach and chia seeds, and natural sweetness from the berries and banana.

Make-Ahead Tips:

  • Double or triple your smoothie pack prep to save even more time during the week.

  • Label your freezer bags with the date so you always know how fresh they are.

  • If you like your smoothies extra creamy, try adding a few slices of frozen avocado to the prepacked bags!
