3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken & Gravy

INGREDIENTS
3 lbs Chicken breasts
3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz can)
1 1/2 cups of water
2 packets brown gravy mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
Add Cream of Chicken Soup, water and gravy mix and stir
Cover and cook until tender (2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low)
Remove chicken and shred with forks then return to slow cooker and stir to combine.
